Frequently asked questions

Find answers to our most common service calls questions

My refrigerator is not getting cold enough? What should I try before I call for maintenance?

Try unplugging your refrigerator and cleaning or vacuuming your condenser coil. If it seems to be working after it's plugged in again, make sure to clean under your refrigerator periodically. If that does not help your refrigerator run better, call us for repair service.

How often should my heating and air conditioning filter be changed?

It is best to change your heater and air conditioner filters every 4 to 6 weeks to give you optimal efficiency and to prevent damage to the coils. Contact us now to have us help you change your filters.

My dryer is making a high pitched noise when it runs. Do I need a new machine?

Most of the time, No. It most likely means your washer or dryer needs a new belt or drive wheel. If you're experiencing this problem, contact us now to schedule a service visit.

I have frost on the back wall of my freezer. What should I do?

It could be a number of issues from the fan  on the back of the freezer to the defrost system. Give us a call to see how we can help.
